Privacy

• Workflow data you enter — workflows, documents, tasks, notes, owners, and statuses you create in the app.
• Product usage signals — basic events (for example, which AI actions are used) to understand how the product is used during demos and testing.

This is a demo environment intended for example data. Please do not enter real customer PII or sensitive financial account details.

Data is used solely to operate and improve the product: to display your workflows, generate AI assistance when you request it, and understand product usage. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

When you trigger an AI action, relevant workflow data is sent server-side to the OpenAI API to generate a response. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default. See our Security & Data Handling page for details.

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), and OpenAI (AI processing). Each processes data only as needed to provide their respective service.

Demo data may be reset or cleared at any time. Because this is an early-access environment, formal retention, export, and deletion controls are roadmap items. For any request related to data in this environment, contact us using the address below.
