## Purpose

RemitBot.ai is the control layer for agent-to-agent payments. A payment started by software should be approved, limited, and traceable.

This framework is StratEdge's product model, version 2026-10-05. It does not claim a bank charter, custody of funds, or a named rail partnership.

## Checks

Before value moves, RemitBot can check the requesting agent's identity and authority, the stated intent, and the spending limit. The disposition is recorded.

## Boundary

RemitBot is not the system that settles the payment. The public demonstration uses illustrative payment scenarios, not customer data.
